BTGuard – a small VPN surviving in the brutally cold winters of Canada with servers across three countries; read its tagline “Anonymous BitTorrent services,” and you will know their reason of existence. BTGuard is both a VPN and SOCKS5 proxy service, operating as a business of Canadian company Netcrawled LLC. Other than torrent-proved BTGuard is a small VPN and BitTorrent proxy provider that offers a scaled-back but secure service. Although they do offer a full VPN service, their main focus is providing security and anonymity for torrenting. This is an okay choice for a VPN. However, we don't think 'okay' is enough. 'Okay' doesn't get past Netflix's geoblocks, either. For that, I'd recommend BTGuard VPN Features. This is one of the most disappointing areas of BTGuard.
